Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical product management is preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets and brand management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, strategic, and planning skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analysis tools

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the tactical operational plan for the assigned brand(s) from design to execution
• Contribute to the development, update, and execution of brand strategy
• Coordinate with sales, medical, and marketing teams to ensure effective brand implementation
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Develop promotional materials and oversee marketing campaigns
• Monitor brand performance and prepare regular performance reports
